Teri Lambeth

Teri has 23 years healthcare experience across post-acute including acute inpatient rehab hospitals, sub-acute,  and outpatient clinics.  Additionally, she has served as a social worker/case manager at several acute care hospitals. 

 

Teri has managed clinical assessments, admission processes, business development, physician recruitment, and overall clinical performance and operations along the continuum of care.

She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Social Work from East Central University.
