Molly Hutchens, M.S., CCC-SLP

Molly Hutchens, M.S., CCC-SLP, serves as Chief Therapy Officer at Oklahoma City Rehabilitation Hospital, where she leads the therapy department and supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services. Since joining the hospital at its opening in 2022, she has held progressive leadership roles, including Lead Therapist, providing clinical guidance and mentorship to the therapy team.

With experience in inpatient rehabilitation and acute care, Molly specializes in the evaluation and treatment of patients recovering from stroke, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, and head and neck cancer-related communication and swallowing impairments. She is AmpCare Certified and is committed to delivering evidence-based care that helps patients achieve meaningful outcomes.

Molly has achieved Level II in the Therapy Clinical Ladder Development Program and was recognized as Employee of the Quarter in the first quarter of 2026. She is passionate about fostering clinical excellence, supporting professional development, and leading a collaborative therapy team dedicated to exceptional inpatient medical rehabilitation care.
