Lavonda Harris, MBA, MSN, RN

Lavonda Harris, MBA, MSN, RN, serves as Director of Patient Outcomes at Oklahoma City Rehabilitation Hospital where she oversees case management, utilization review, and IRF-PAI documentation. She works closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure care plans align with Medicare requirements and regulatory standards while supporting safe and successful transitions for patients returning to their communities.

With extensive healthcare leadership experience, Lavonda has served as a house supervisor, director of rehabilitation, and leader in case management. Across each role, she has focused on using data and outcome metrics to improve clinical operations, strengthen team performance, and advance patient-centered care.

Lavonda earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in healthcare administration from Grand Canyon University in 2025. She is passionate about fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while creating systems that enhance quality, empower healthcare teams, and improve patient outcomes.
