Jennifer Collins, MD

Dr. Jennifer Collins serves as medical director of Oklahoma City Rehabilitation Hospital and brings extensive experience in inpatient medical rehabilitation, hospital medicine, hospice care, and long-term care management. A board-certified family medicine physician, she is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through multidisciplinary care and clinical leadership.

Throughout her career, Dr. Collins has held leadership roles in medical rehabilitation, hospice, wound care, and hospital medicine. She has extensive experience managing medically complex patients, leading interdisciplinary teams, supporting regulatory compliance, and driving quality improvement initiatives.

Prior to joining Oklahoma City Rehabilitation Hospital, Dr. Collins served as medical director of an inpatient rehabilitation hospital where she oversaw performance improvement initiatives and provided care for medically complex rehabilitation patients. She also continues to serve in leadership and physician roles throughout the Oklahoma City community.

Dr. Collins earned her Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine, graduating with honors, and completed her Family Medicine Residency at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from University of Oklahoma.
