Erin Couch
Director of Quality
Erin has served as a Speech Pathologist across the continuum of care in both inpatient and outpatient settings for adults and pediatrics.
She previously served as an Administrator in a Home Health Agency and most recently served as the Director of Patient Outcomes for Lafayette Regional Rehabilitation Hospital.
She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Indiana State University and continued to receive a Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University.
Erin has been an active member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association since 2012. Erin is an active participant in the Indiana Hospital Association, serving as a Rehab Executive Committee Member. Erin is married with two children.
When not working, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
